To continuously improve service delivery in training, research and innovation through automation of ICT services
OUR MISSION
To provide robust, effective, enterprise-level technology solutions that enable the University community meet its vision of Excellence in transformative scholarship and community service.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
- To automate at least one (1) process per quarter in line with the government’s digitalization agenda
- To carry out at least one (1) preventive/routine maintenance of all ICT Equipment
- To conduct at least three (3) workshops to equip staff/students/community with ICT Skills necessary for training, learning, and conducting research.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
- To automate the core administrative processes in the university including finance, human resource, procurement and students’ records management.
- To provide internet connectivity to students and staff.
- To adhere to international and national standards in ICT integration in the University.
- To continuously improve security of data and other resources in the university in line with the changing Global trends.
- To analyze customer feedback as a Department’s reflection of services offered.
