FAQS

Reporting Session

.Login to the Student portal using your student credentials.
.Navigate to "Admission".
.Click "reporting".
.Click "+ REPORT" button to report session.
.You will get a confirmation message that it was successful.

Paying Fees

.Login to the Student portal using your student credentials.
.Navigate to "Financials".
.Click fees.
.Click the "Pay Now" to open Jiunge platform.
.Login Jiunge with your email to access the platform.
.Click "view services".
.Click "tap & pay" on tuition fee.
.Enter the amount you are paying and confirm.
.Make payment using M-PESA or the provided bank account details.
.Ensure the payment reflects on your Student portal after confirmation.

Registering Units

.Navigate to "Academic".
.Click "Unit/Curriculum".
.Select the units you're taking.
.Click "Submit".

Downloading Exam Card

.Navigate to "Academic".
.Click "Examcard".
.Download and print it.

Checking Results

.Navigate to "Academic".
.Click Resultslip/Transcript.
.Select Year of study and session.
.Click "Generate" to view your results.

Clearance

.Navigate to "Admission".
.Click "Clearance".
.Select clearance reason and save.
.Check clearance history.
.Under "clearance certificate", generate your certificate.
